Raiffeisen Bank has signed a lease renewal for the 8,000 sqm it occupies in Bucharest’s Charles de Gaulle Plaza. For the leasing of the site GLL Real Estate Partners, the owner of the building, has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE Eurisko as joint exclusive agents.
Vodafone and UniCredit Tiriac Bank, which are also tenants in the building, have also extended their lease agreements with the landlords.
GLL Real Estate Partners acquired Charles de Gaulle Plaza from developer Avrig 25 and Austrian investment fund CA Immo in 2006, paying around EUR 80 million. The 16-floor block features 40,000 sqm of office space.
