ProLogis Park Bucharest A1 fully rented with Centrum Logistics tenant

“We're very pleased to announce this transaction, which results in 100 percent occupancy of our buildings at ProLogis Park Bucharest A1,” said Vlad Dumitrescu, ProLogis market officer for Romania. The company has started construction work on the next phase of the park and the management is examining the potential of other regional cities in the country as possible distribution locations.
ProLogis Park Bucharest A1 is the first project developed by ProLogis in Romania. It will have 12 buildings totaling approximately 300,000 sqm of distribution space at full build-out. The park currently consists of two facilities totaling over 53,000 sqm of industrial space, with two additional facilities totaling 50,000 sqm, buildings 3 and 4 being under construction.
Among the tenants of the park are companies such as Augsburg International Impex, cargo-partner, Geodis Calberson, Kuehne+Nagel and Omega Transport & Logistics.
