Premiumred goes for hotel development

Apart from Bucharest, where it intends to build two such units, the company is looking at Timisoara, Constanta, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov and Sibiu. It has already bought some of the land plots for the projects.
Premiumred is currently in negotiations with international hotel chains which should affiliate and rent these hotels. The developer hopes to start works next spring on some of the hotels. The Bucharest units will have between 140 and 240 rooms. The investment in a four-star hotel with 140 rooms could reach EUR 30 million, according to Premiumred representatives.
