PointPark Properties officially opens Bucharest office

PointPark Properties (P3) officially opened its new office in Bucharest. The office is located near Calea Victoriei Street, on the first floor of a newly renovated villa close to Nicolae Iorga Park.  The Romanian office is managed by Country Manager Stefan Gheorghiu, formerly managing director at Europolis Romania and Polimeni International.

 “This year, P3 has leased a total of more than 300,000 sqm of prime logistics space. This represents an average annual growth of 67 percent. These leasing activities reflect the expansion needs of P3 existing customers, 82,000 sqm in renegotiations, 180,000 sqm in new long-term leases and 40,000 sqm in short-term rental,” said Ian Worboys, PointPark Properties CEO, present at the event.

PointPark Properties is an established international asset manager and developer of industrial and warehouse properties, present currently in 12 European countries. The company is wholly owned by Arcapita Bank, an international investment fund with offices in Bahrain, Atlanta, London and Singapore.  To date, Arcapita finalised more than 70 transactions with a value of over USD 29 billion and has a base equity capital of USD 1.1 billion.
