PointPark Properties launches project in Timisoara

PointPark Properties is launching a logistics and industrial park in Timisoara in partnership with Invest4SEE, a real estate advisory and development company.

The project, which will be called PointPark Timisoara, offers 129,000 sqm of class A office and warehouse space.

The park is located 8 km from the center of Timisoara, on district road DJ691, next to Traian Vuia International Airport and directly connected to the recently completed ring road.

PointPark Properties, an asset manager and developer of distribution facilities, is currently active in 11 European countries. It manages over 1.5 million sqm of assets in more than 72 distribution buildings, and a land bank of 820,000 sqm for further development throughout Europe. The company expects to continue to grow its assets under management in 2010 in other key logistics markets across Europe.

PointPark Properties is wholly owned by Arcapita Industrial Management, the logistics warehouse investment management subsidiary of Arcapita Bank, an international investment firm with offices in Bahrain, Atlanta, London and Singapore.
