It’s been another successful year for Optim Project Management, because we’ve had the honour of being entrusted with the most amazing projects by our clients. We worked along excellent people and we succeded in delivering the best results. Our biggest projects finished this year include Continental Factory Extension in Timisoara, Contitech Warehouse I and II in Timisoara, Autonet Warehouse in Turda, Citibank Office Fit-Out and Allianz Tiriac Office Fit-Out in Tiriac Tower, Accenture Office Fit-Out in Hexagon Offices, Cluj-Napoca, Bujorilor 16 Retail Park and Brad Retail Park in Timisoara.

Athénée Palace Hilton Bucharest was a complex project, which took into account the demands of the beneficiary, current technology and sustainability, provides comfort and luxury to its customers and guarantees a new life for this edifice. Hornbach Constanta was the third DIY store delivered by Optim Project Management for our long-term partner. A successful project of 64,800 sqm delivered in due time, for which we provided Technical Due Diligence, General Design, Permitting, Project Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination and Site Inspection Services. At FunShop Park Turda, our team worked closely with the client, shared their knowledge and expertise and ensured a timely and safe project delivery.
