One United Properties announces the handover of the One Herăstrău Towers development

One United Properties S.A., one of the leading green developers of residential, mixed-use and office real estate in Romania, listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (symbol ONE), announces the handover for the development of One Herăstrău Towers, located on 74A Nicolae Caranfil Street. The construction of the building was started two years ago, and now it will receive its residents and tenants. The gross development value (GDV) of this development is approximately EUR 54.3 million.

One Herăstrău Towers is currently 90% sold.

The development offers a modern concept that combines the residential element with the commercial one, with efficient access and panoramic views over Herăstrău Lake and the Northern part of the city. The 2 residential towers include 139 housing units, while the ground floor and the first floor of the complex have an area of about 5,000 square meters for commercial and office spaces.

The company also has a partnership with Le Manoir to open a gourmet market concept within One Herăstrău Towers, which will offer access to a wide range of premium products, sales service, or access through a dedicated mobile application.
