One in ten Romanians hopes to buy house in ten years, study reveals

Only five percent of the Romanians believe it will take more than ten years for them to buy the property.
The average across CEE states is 6 percent of people hoping to buy a house in three years, 7 percent in ten years and 6 percent over ten years.
UniCredit estimates mortgage loans will increase by 40 percent by 2010 in Romania. Housing loans reached RON 16.6 billion at the end of May, according to data from the Romanian central bank.
