Omilos Group opens Era Shopping Park Iasi

The first stage comprises Era shopping galleria, a Carrefour hypermarket on some 15,440 sqm and 3,565-sqm Altex. The DIY unit Praktiker, on 9,350 sqm, opened earlier in August. The project will also get a shopping mall in 2010, when Era Mall is finished.
The company is financing its project with a EUR 79.5 million loan from Banca Romaneasca, Eurobank EFG Group and the National Bank of Greece. Omilos Group is planning EUR 300 million worth of investment in real estate developments in Romania, including a EUR 80 million commercial center in Oradea.
