Omilos completes the first stage of Era Oradea

The retail park will deliver 83,000 sqm built area and 64,700 rentable area comprised in a total spot of 180,000 sqm and the entire development is set for completion in the first part of 2010. The retail park's first development stage delivers a 4,200 sqm shopping gallery of 33 shops comprising brands as Sephora, Sensi Blu, Leonardo, Secuiana, Meli Melo, Mondex, besides anchors as Bricostore unit of 10,500 sqm, Media Galaxy unit of 3,300 sqm and Hypermarket Carrefour of 15,300 sqm. Carrefour established a partnership with Omilos Group in 2008 when it rented 15,440 sqm within Era Shopping Park Iasi, following an investment estimated at EUR 20 million. The retail park in Oradea comprises a parking area of 2,000 parking spaces. The second development stage will deliver a Mobexpert shop and the mall construction, for which the company estimated a completion term in the first quarter of 2010. The mall is designed on 21,500 sqm by Chapman Taylor and Atelier 3 companies.In September 2008, Omilos launched the first stage of commercial center Era Shopping Park Iasi, following an investment of EUR 175 million. The project delivers a total of 150,000 sqm in built area and a rentable area of 116,000 sqm, plus 3,600 parking spaces.
