SPEEDWELL is the newest tenant at the MIRO Offices as this becomes the company’s headquarters staring of today.

The MIRO is an A class office project developed by SPEEDWELL. At the moment, the building is operational with other tenants already moved in.

The past few years have resulted into a rapid growth for SPEEDWELL, both in terms of number of projects and team members. Currently, the SPEEDWELL team includes 64 members, covering the entire spectrum of the real estate development process. As a natural step of this evolution, the company decided to move its headquarters to a more spacious office that can accommodate the needs of the entire team.

SPEEDWELL has leased a total surface of 630 sqm in the MIRO building. Apart from the space upgrade, MIRO was designed with a focus on the well-being of the employees. It has received a BREEAM Excellent certification, as well as a WELL PLATINUM one, the highest level obtained to date in Romania.

MIRO offers to its tenants 23,000 sqm of A class office spaces, with floor plates of over 4,500 sqm and parking places managed through a smart parking system. The project’s location, right on DN1, in the Baneasa area of Bucharest, benefits from easy access to the northern area, the city center and the airport.

The construction works for the office building have kicked off in July 2020 and the delivery was done in December 2021.

MIRO is 88% leased to date. Alongside SPEEDWELL, MIRO has brought together a reputable list of names, such as KPMG, ROVERE MOBILI, COS, EATON, NEOCLINIQUE, STRADALE and MITZU.

“Moving our headquarters to MIRO, a project we have developed ourselves, marks an important milestone in the evolution of the SPEEDWELL. We are proud of the result we have achieved with this building, aligned to the newest workplace standards and we are eager for our team to benefit from the concept we have thought and implemented together. The well-being of our and other tenants’ employees has been a main objective when developing MIRO and we are happy to be able to share the outcome with our team. We don’t just raise and develop buildings, but we build services around people and this time it is very satisfying our team can enjoy the result”. declares Jan Demeyere, Architect and Co-Founder at SPEEDWELL.
