The companies wish for a an office space segmented as efficiently as possible, with a low energy consumption, with quality finishes and new type of partitioning, which are innovative, attract employees, and create a pleasant working experience. Up to now, our company ensures Project Management only within services package that are common with those of Property Management, in case of developers, yet we have recently opened the possibility for several types of partnership. Ensuring the Project Management services, together with the advisory ones, is aligned to our new business line «One-Stop Shop»“, declares Costin Nistor, Managing Director, Fortim Trusted Advisors, Alliance Member BNP Paribas Real Estate.

During the fit-out process for an office space, the construction works are taking most of the time (50% of the total time), on the second place being the achievement and approval of the architecture, design and installations project (30%). Not to be neglected are yet the time needed for the bidding of the construction works and for the moving process of the firm, one the works are finalized, and which must be allocated each 10% of the time.

The Project Management company closely watches the entire process of Fitting-Out an office space which includes four main stages: the first one is projecting, a stage in which architecture services, design and MEP are called for, a second stage is organizing the bidding for a construction firm, the third stage is the actual effecting of the construction works, and the final stage is the relocation and moving of the firm.
