NNDKP assists Sonae Sierra in Craiova commercial center acquisition

Craiova Mall commercial center is built in downtown Craiova, on a 60,000-sqm surface.
The net rentable area of the center will be 55,537 sqm.
The NNDKP team working on this project was headed by Francisc Peli, an NNDKP partner and the coordinator of the firm's real estate practice. The due diligence process, drafting and negotiating of the documents of the transaction took about six weeks, according to the firm.
NNDKP has a team of 90 lawyers, a staff of 65 employees, and offices in Bucharest, Timisoara and Brasov.
The firm has recently been ranked among the leaders in Capital Markets, Banking Law, M&A, and Financing charts in the 2008 edition of IFLR 1000. IFLR 1000 drafts yearly statistics of local and international law firms offering financial consultancy services.
Sonae Sierra owns 46 commercial centers in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, Romania and Brasil, with a total rentable area of over 400,000 sqm.
