German clothes retailer New Yorker will open a store in Unirea Shopping Center this fall. The outlet will cover 1,270 sqm, with the firm’s average investment per unit reaching about EUR 1,000 per sqm, according to representatives of New Yorker.
The company has opened three new shops in Atrium Arad, Iulius Mall Timisoara and Sun Plaza Bucharest since the beginning of the year.
It has a network of 14 locations in Romania, in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, Bacau, Focsani, Braila, Timisoara and Arad at the moment. The retailer is present in 25 countries worldwide with 770 shops.
