Michael Lloyd, founder of Quintet Assets Management and former head of Baneasa real estate project is non-executive director with German investment fund Rutley, which was recently taken over by Romanian businessman Dinu Patriciu’s fund Black Sea Global Properties (BSGP). The fund, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, is one of the acquisitions made by BSGP this year, along with British investment fund Fabian and Deutsche Land, both of which were delisted from trading from the London Stock Exchange.
