MB Dezvoltare to build EUR 20 million flats

“The project will be developed in two stages. The first will deliver 80 apartments in October 2008, following an investment of EUR 8.5 million,” said Dorin Dobre, one of the company's associates. The necessary funds for the project will be covered by financing credits from BancPost. The complex will be built on 14,000 sqm of land and will consist of seven four-floored buildings. Prices range between EUR 62,000 for a studio and up to EUR 165,000 for a three-room apartment. MB Dezvoltare will develop a second residential project in Mogosoaia as the company already holds a plot of 10,000 sqm in the area.
Dobre is an associate of HSH Proiect, which is developing a EUR 5.2 million residential project in Baia Mare.
