Louis Berger to manage works on EUR 8 million residential complex

The compound will include a multi-use area of commercial space and apartments spread on 11,000 sqm, delivering 75 parking spaces, according to the developer. The start for the construction is scheduled for early 2008.
So far, Berger Group has completed the project management for the construction of an industrial Steel Service Center warehouse and steel processing facility worth EUR 11 million for the Spanish investor Bamesa Otel, part of Arcelor-Mitall Group.
