Liebrecht & wooD to open EUR 30 million outlet center in Serbia

Fashion House Development, part of developer Liebrecht & wooD, has started construction works at an outlet center in Serbia. The center, called Fashion House Outlet Center Indjija, is a EUR 30 million investment and is expected to open at the beginning of 2011. It will be located in Indjija Retail Park, located between the Serbian capital Belgrade and Novi Sad, the second largest city of the country, on the E75 highway. Spreading on a 30,000 sqm surface, the center will open in two phases. The first phase will encompass 15,000 sqm and 55 units, while the second phase will have 30,000 sqm and the same number of units. The new outlet will feature 2,000 parking places, a wide range of coffee shops and restaurants and a playground.

In Romania, Liebrecht & wooD is present with the Fashion House Outlet Center (pictured) and has developed the Victoria House office center and Militari Shopping Center and West Park retail parks. The developer operates mainly in Central and Eastern Europe in Romania, Poland, Russia and Serbia. The Liebrecht & wooD center includes several companies: Liebrecht & wood (real estate development), Fashion House (the outlet center brand which also offers consultancy services for this segment), InterAct (accounting services) and WeCare (property management services.)
