The commercial park, to be built on a 25-hectare plot close to the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, will include a Fashion House Outlet Centre, intended to become the first such development in Romania, which will cover a third of the leasable area. It will cover 27,000 sqm and will host over 100 fashion stores and restaurants. German do-it-yourself store Hornbach will also become a tenant in West Park, where it will site its second Romanian store. It will be followed by Austrian furniture store Kika, with some 30,000 sqm of leased area. This will be Kika's first store in Romania. Technomarket will add to the mix of stores. Liebrecht & Wood entered the Romanian market in 2000, with Militari Shopping Center.
