Crosspoint Real Estate assisted the largest land area transaction in Romania, in the last ten years

The Banat-Crișana Financial Investment Company (SIF Banat-Crișana) announces the transaction with Doosan IMGB S.A. shares, according to the report issued by the company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The Crosspoint Real Estate company brokered the SIF Banat-Crișana transaction, this being the largest land area traded, in the last ten years, in Romania: 540,000 sqm (excluding agricultural land).

The company is a leader of land transactions sector on the local market and has traded in the last ten years land worth over 250 million euros. These include: the land of the IMGB platform, the land of the One Floreasca Lake, One Herăstrău Plaza or One Peninsula residential projects, the land of the Belrom / Hellitube project, the land on Parcului or Expoziției Street. Crosspoint Real Estate has four more transactions in the Capital, worth over 55 million euros and are land for retail or residential developers.

The company closed and assist significant land transactions also in other cities from Romania: Bacău, Brăila, Alba, Vaslui, Timiș, Constanța, Brșsov, Mureș or Iasi.
