International property consultants King Sturge have signed three contracts for the leasing of office space in new buildings situated in downtown Bucharest in a month.
In May Manpower Romania, part of Manpower Inc, will relocate one of its three divisions operating in Bucharest to Victoriei Square, into a recently completed building by developer Alenosor.
Advertising agency Frank Group has relocated offices and leased an area of 420 sqm in a new building close to Piata Romana, where it will start operations in April, following the expansion of the company.
Another company, a division of the largest pharmaceutical group in Romania with over 3,100 employees locally, has leased 750 sqm in a recently completed building situated in Unirii, with a total area of 9,500 sqm.
