Jones Lang LaSalle becomes JLL

Jones Lang LaSalle Romania is now JLL Romania after the global real estate giant has decided to change its name and logo. The move is meant to highlight the company’s global activity, representing “its adaptation to different communication styles in different countries, languages and channels, and especially the use of digital and online,” announced the firm.

JLL is a financial and professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate services and investment management. It has 48,000 employees working across 1,000 locations in 70 countries.

According to company data, JLL Romania signed last year’s top three largest transactions on the local office market (EA, Honeywell, Deutsche Bank). Overall, it signed 22 leasing transactions totaling 55,000 sqm of office space.
