Iulius opens mall in Suceava mid-November

The developer is currently working on re-arranging the tenant mix in its first shopping mall, Iulius Mall in Iasi, and is expanding the trade area for its mall in Timisoara. The tenant mix re-arrangement for the mall in Iasi should also be completed in the last quarter of the year, when the site will host tenants such as Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Oysho and Stradivarius. The same brands will be present in Iulius's mall in Timisoara.
Iulius Group has also started construction works on its mixed project Palas Iasi, which is being built in partnership with the Iasi city municipality. The public-private partnership will require an investment of EUR 200 million.
Iulius's project in Suceava joins Suceava Shopping City, a retail project which was opened this year in the northern Romanian city. GTC is also underway with its Galleria shopping mall project in the city.
