iResidence Nord, developed by IBB Holding, presents the first show-room apartment of the project

iResidence Nord, one of the largest entrepreneurial real estate projects with 100% Romanian capital in Bucharest-Ilfov, developed by businessman Ion Crăciunescu, founder of IBB Holding, presented the first show-room apartment of the project. The event was attended by personalities of Romanian society, from business, sports and showbiz.

From the world of sports, iResidence had among its guests Octavian Bellu, Mariana Bitang, Laura Badea, Doina Melinte or Mihai Covaliu, and from showbiz, the event was attended by stars such as Smiley, Marius Moga, Roxana Erdei or Ionuț Rusu. The business world also had prominent representatives at the launch, such as Wargha Enayati, founder of Enayati Medical City, (partner company of the project), Adelina Badea, CEO Mobexpert (partner company of the residential project), Diana Șucu, founder of Select Design by Diana Șucu (partner company of the residential project), Monica Iovu, Vice-President of CEC Bank, Andreas Lier, President of AHK Romania, Anca Dragu, Governor of the National Bank of Moldova or the well-known entrepreneur Dragoș Anastasiu, founder of Eurolines.

Revolution in the residential market

iResidence Nord has a large built-up area of 112,156 square metres. The residential complex consists of eight main buildings, with 41 different types of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses available. The residential development, which will deliver 525 apartments by the second half of 2026, is in the process of BREEAM Excellent (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) certification and is in the top 10% of buildings designed and built according to best practice for the future. These international sustainability standards guarantee maintenance costs reduced by up to 30%. Moreover, innovation and the adoption of new technologies is a constant in the iResidence Nord project. One of the best examples is the launch by IBB Holding Romania of the virtual representative iRene, the first “block administrator” created with AI (artificial intelligence), who will be available 24 hours a day to members of the iResidence Nord community. iRene is the community representative who will provide information to tenants about living in the complex and help them simplify administrative matters.

iResidence Nord will be an oasis of tranquility, greenery, safety and relaxation, featuring a 15,000 sqm park with a multi-purpose sports field, 423 linear meters bike path, wellness center and spa with indoor semi-Olympic pool. A recognition of the quality standards are the direct partnerships attracted by the project, national and world leaders who were represented at the event by company officials in Romania.

Mobexpert Group, the most loved furniture brand in Romania, founded 30 years ago by entrepreneur Dan Șucu, together with Ethan Allen, Caracole and Bernhardt Interiors brands from Select design by Diana Șucu provided the concept and furniture for the entire showroom apartment. Under this partnership, future tenants will benefit from specialized assistance, furniture and interior design at preferential offers.

Enayati Medical City, the first medical city in Romania, founded by doctor and entrepreneur Wargha Enayati, will take care of the health of the tenants in the complex. Thus, each iResidence Nord client will benefit from the Prestige Popular health subscription valid for one year (which includes consultations, imaging and analysis), within the Enayati Medical City polyclinics (in the north of the capital) but also the extended network of partners.
