CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has delivered a warehouse of almost 10,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North for FineStore, the largest online liquor retailer in Romania.

Located in the ȘtefăneștiAfumați area in the north of Bucharest, the new FineStore warehouse at CTPark Bucharest North has been comprehensively designed and developed to meet the commercial needs of the business, which has aimed, since 2014, to enable lovers of fine wines and spirits to order their favorite drink economically and efficiently wherever they are in the country. FineStore‘s newly-leased warehouse at CTPark Bucharest North provides easy access to all major cities in the country, supporting FineStore’s ambitious expansion plans, and includes a generous parking lot exclusively for customers to personally collect products from the warehouse.

The industrial park CTPark Bucharest North offers premium solutions and flexible spaces for any type of business. Developed in accordance with BREEAM standards for accessibility and infrastructure, CTPark Bucharest North offers Class A warehouses, built to the highest CTP technical standards, ensuring optimal occupancy costs for residents.

FineStore is a great client for a great space – which makes things work well in the long run. CTPark Bucharest North is the ideal option for clients like FineStore which have a major e-commerce business component, as it is very well located on the northern belt of Bucharest, with good infrastructure and easy access to the city,” says Ana Dumitrache, Managing Director of CTP Romania.

CTPark Bucharest North is located in the ȘtefăneștiAfumați area, an established logistics hub, on Bucharest’s Northern Beltway, close to the A3 motorway and the National Road 2 (DN2). The logistics park in Ilfov county has a total area of 21 hectares and is perfectly located to meet the needs of customers in the e-commerce sector, thanks to easy access to Bucharest.

“Our CTP partners understood our business needs very well and quickly identified ways to integrate the flexibility we wanted, offering us a range of customised solutions. The last few months have clearly illustrated the dedication of the team at CTPand we are confident that our collaboration will lead to outstanding achievements for both parties both now and in the future,” adds Daniel Vasilescu, owner of FineStore.

The transaction was advised by real estate advisory firm iO Partners.

I have been following FineStore’s development over the last few years and have met a young team with an exemplary understanding of the online retail market and who are managing to grow and gain market share in a highly competitive field.  I am delighted to have facilitated this landmark transaction with CTP, culminating in the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art, nearly 10,000 sq ft warehouse that will enhance the FineStore customer experience and provide space for growth in the coming years. I congratulate both FineStore and CTP on this partnership and we look forward to witnessing the success of their collaboration,” comments Viorel Opaiț, Business Development Director at iO Partners.
