Elvada and Relive Bike RKS Motor are the new tenants in Constanța Business Park, project developed by Global Vision in partnership with Globalworth, one of the largest business parks in Southeast Europe.

Elvada, the logistics company, has started their operation in the first building of Constanța Business Park, in a Class A unit having an area of 2,400 sqm. Following the increase of its operations, the company has expanded in the same building with 1,800 sqm – a space that includes offices and the first public bonded warehouse in Constanța. Furthermore, Elvada has chosen to manage logistics operations across Europe for the Turkish company Relive Bike RKS Motor, in a new unit in surface of 1,800 sqm unit, located in the second building of Constanta Business Park. This decision comes as a result of the establishment of the first assembly unit of Relive Bike RKS Motor in Romania in the second building of the park. The assembly unit has an area of app. 3,700 sqm.

“We chose Constanta Business Park primarily because of the very good location of the park, given that we have been operating near the port since 2006. We also consider the fact that it is the only industrial park of such size, modern and versatile, as we operate logistics and light industry activities, such as electric bike assembly through the partnership between Elvada and Relive Bike RKS Motor – a company with which we have a beautiful collaboration, managing to attract them to join us in Constanța Business Park community”, declared Dragoș Vasile, General Manager Elvada and Vice General Manager Relive Bike RKS Motor.

Relive Bike RKS Motor, the Turkish motorcycles and electric bicycles producer, has rented a space dedicated to assembling operations in the second building of the park. The Class A unit has an area of more than 3,600 sqm which includes office spaces. Relive Bike RKS Motor opened the first assembling factory in Romania, choosing Constanța Business Park for its strategic location and its modern facilities.

“The logistics and industrial sector have become more and more dynamic, and our strategy as developers is to continuously provide flexible solutions within our parks across the country. At Constanta Business Park, for instance, we managed to build bridges between logistics and production, creating the ideal ecosystem for a business diversity. The first building accommodates logistics, whilst the second building is home primarily for light industrial and production companies. We are proud that the business community in Constanța Business Park is growing rapidly, and we welcome our tenants, Elvada and Relive Bike RKS Motor”, stated Sorin Preda, CEO & Founder Global Vision.

“The Globalworth’s strategy focuses on generating revenue and creating value primarily through a sizeable portfolio off Class A offices, and logistics/light industrial properties, a market that has grown strongly in the last years. We are glad to create synergies between our tenants and see further expansion of their businesses in our project, Constanța Business Park. We would like to welcome Elvada and Relive Bike RKS Motor in our business community. Thank you for your trust!”, added Mihai Zaharia, Globalworth Romania Investment Director and Globalworth Group Capital Markets Director.

Located in Constanța county, along the Pan-European transport corridor no. 4, Constanța Business Park is a mixed-use project which accommodates in its two existing buildings, companies such as Pepsi, Maspex, Mobexpert, DHL, Cargus, Maracana, Lem’s. The two delivered units of the park have a total area of 40,000 sqm. The construction of the third building is expected to start, as the demand for logistics and industrial spaces has increased in the past months. Constanta Business Park is developed on a land with a total area of 100 hectares and will comprise mixed facilities, including 8 logistics and industrial units and an intermodal terminal.
