Imobiliare Dubai, with sales over $400 million, crowned best international agency in Dubai

Imobiliare Dubai, real estate agency established in Romania in 2020, was awarded the Top International Broker 2023 title at the Damac Gala, a prestigious event held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in Dubai. The Romanian company surpassed dozens of agencies worldwide, having the highest real estate sales in Dubai throughout 2023. Mircea Brânzei, the agency’s founder, was present on stage to receive the grand trophy.

 

The Top International Broker title comes after the agency, with offices in Romania and Dubai, has sold over 1,000 properties in just two years, amounting to over 1.5 billion dirhams, equivalent to over 400 million dollars.

“For over two years, we have represented the largest real estate developers in Dubai, with Damac being the most prestigious and internationally acclaimed. Throughout this period, we have emphasized the quality of projects and the safety we offer to clients looking for a home or investment. Our team, consisting of over 40 agents, has sold over 1,000 properties in the last two years, both in the project stage and completed, valued at over 1.5 billion dirhams, equivalent to over 400 million dollars. The real estate market in Dubai is expected to continue growing at least until 2030.

Oliver Mitri, co-owner and CEO of Imobiliare Dubai, believes that the upward trend in the Dubai real estate market will continue until at least 2030.

“The real estate market in Dubai has proven to offer the best returns. Continuous growth is expected until at least 2030. So, the year 2024 is also part of the upward trend of this market, and those who decide to invest this year will benefit from the growth in the following years. The current trend among clients is to buy properties in the project stage (off plan) because they are easier to pay in installments directly to the developer. In addition, they come with a higher capital appreciation because, when completed, they will be worth more than at the launch of the project,” says Oliver Mitri.

Apartments in the city center, on the beach, or luxury villas are the most sought after
