Immoeast buys Victoria Park

The four office buildings in the Victoria Park compound total some 20,000 sqm of rentable area. Two of the buildings were delivered in December last year with the remaining two to be finished by September this year. The developer started construction works last March. The overall investment in the project was supposed to reach some EUR 20 million, according to the developer's representatives' statements at the time.
Liebrecht & Wood sold Militari Shopping Center in 2000 for some EUR 20 million to another investment fund, Meinl European Land. Immoeast's latest acquisition in Romania was Polus Shopping Center in Cluj, in a EUR 210 million record transaction on the Romanian market. The firm currently controls 21 projects in Romania, both already finished and underway. Their total value reaches some EUR 1 billion, according to company data.
