Reuven Havar, country manager of Israeli developer AFI Europe, has left his position in Romania after four years in the country. Havar has been working for AFI Europe for the last ten years in Prague and Bucharest. He coordinated the EUR 300 million Cotroceni Park project in Bucharest, which opened last year. Havar said he was now targeting a top management position in real estate, where he would coordinate the activity of a firm in several countries in the region, including Romania. The local country manager position will be temporarily assumed by the AFI Europe country manager for Bulgaria.
