Hagag Development Europe wins Best International Residential Renovation/Redevelopment at the IPA finals in London

Real estate investor-developer Hagag Development Europe achieves the highest level of recognition across the international real estate industry and receives the prestigious “Best International Award” for the Renovation/Redevelopment of H Victoriei 139, during the International Property Awards 2022-2023 Gala in London, on February 2^nd.

Hagag thus becomes the first investor-developer in Romania to hold the “Best International Residential Renovation/Redevelopment” title – a distinction recognized worldwide – as well as the first company to have promoted, on a global scale, a residential project so significant for the niche segment of urban renewal through the renovation of old buildings with historical and patrimonial value in downtown Bucharest.

After receiving the 5-star distinction “Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment in Romania”, in October 2022 and acquiring the ultimate regional award “Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment in Europe”, in December 2022, H Victoriei 139 was re-evaluated following a third judging session that saw to appraise and award the best projects worldwide (for the specific category). Throughout the third judging phase, Hagag Development Europe has successfully competed with worldwide top developers – regional winners from Arabia, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific, proudly representing Europe. As a result, H Victoriei 139 was recognized as the Best International Residential Renovation/Redevelopment of the edition.

Held at the Savoy in London, on February 2nd 2023, The International Property Awards were judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
