H&M goes to Let shopping center in St Petersburg

Retailer H&M has leased 1,700 sqm of space in Leto shopping center in Saint Petersburg, a development by Sistema-Hals and Apsys Group.

The H&M fashion store will be on two floors in the shopping center. The marketing and leasing agent for Leto is Jones Lang LaSalle in partnership with Apsys Rus.

Sistema-Hals and Apsys are building shopping center Leto with approximately 114,000 sqm and GLA of about 80,000 sqm.

The outdoor parking area is designed for 3,200 vehicles. Grand opening is estimated in the third quarter of 2010.

The key anchor retailers in the project are Auchan on circa 11,600 sqm, Media Markt on around 6,000 sqm, and entertainment park Babylon on another 2,200 sqm. Other key brands that have confirmed their presence are: Inditex Group with Zara, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and Bershka; Monex Group with Mothercare, Next, Claire’s, The Body Shop, Justice and Starbucks; LPP Group with Reserved, House and Cropp Town; as well as New Yorker, Ann Christine; Le Pain Quotidian, Motivi, Lady&Gentleman, Promod and L’Etoile.
