Adriana Dănilă and Stelian Olaru, the owners of Gram Bistro and Suento by Gram restaurants, will open a new restaurant at the end of July on the ground floor of the Mendeleev Office 5 office building in Bucharest, a building developed by Akcent Development and managed by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
The new concept, Ever After by Gram, covers an area of almost 300 square meters, of which 100 square meters represent the terrace located in the interior courtyard of the Mendeleev Office 5 project. The location includes 80 seats inside and 60 outdoor terrace seats. The space layout has a contemporary, simple design style, and it includes evergreen areas and design accents meant to bring a little magic to the everyday life. Offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere during the day and a vibrant one in the evening, the Ever After restaurant waits for its clients offering from morning coffee to late night cocktails.
The Ever After restaurant will be added to the commercial and gastronomic offer found on the ground floor of Mendeleev Office 5 building, which also includes OTOTO Store, a coffee store and shop that sells a wide range of independent brands that include specialty coffee, food, cosmetics, books and home care.
The Ever After menu is a cosmopolitan one and includes a selection of culinary products, for vegetarians also, made by Chef Georgeta Postolache and Chef Sara Alexander. The Ever After bar selection brings innovative cocktails and gin combinations in the menu signed by a young and passionate team, under the coordination of Bogdan Nicolae, founder of Barmania. In addition to the in-house specialties, the bar offers a fine selection of artisanal products and beers, Romanian and international wines or classic cocktails.
The two entrepreneurs, Adriana Dănilă and Stelian Olaru, also own two restaurant concepts in the Capital’s HoReCa sector: Gram Bistro, a restaurant located on the ground floor of the America House office building in the Victoriei Square area, and Suento by Gram, on Toamnei Street.
Stelian Olaru, Ever After restaurant Founder: “Ever After represents for us a new chapter of a story about joy and challenges, passion and faith in simple concepts, yet destined to reconnect us and recharge our spirit. The partnership with Akcent Development brings us in a very dynamic area of the city, with many young and creative clients, small businesses that develop wonderful things, as well as already established brands, therefor we want to build together more than a restaurant destination: a beautiful community, with good energy, in which we all deserve a dose of “happily ever after”, in any form we choose to live it.”
Laurenţiu Afrasine, CEO Akcent Development: “We are glad to see that the HoReCa entrepreneurs are resuming their expansion plans after an extremely difficult period for this sector, and Mendeleev Office 5 is located in a privileged area, which benefits from a good foot traffic, both in terms of employees working in the area, residents and tourists visiting the center of the Capital. We are sure that the partnership with Ever After is a win-win situation, of which the employees working in the Mendeleev Office 5 building will also benefit.”
