The sale price for the plot is EUR 65 per sqm, including all the utilities. After the construction works are completed, the price will increase by EUR 360 per sqm, depending on the built surface. The developer will also include restaurants, conference facilities, as well as commercial spaces.
The president of the Brasov administration council, Aristotel Cancescu, has previously said around EUR 300 million was supposed to be invested in the industrial park in Prejmer. The city council was to modernize the site's infrastructure, while investors were to negotiate with the government over financing half of the utilities expenses, according to Cancescu, quoted by local media.
