Era Shopping Park developer takes out EUR 80 mln loan

The commercial center in Iasi will cover 100,000 sqm of built area, including 77,000 sqm of leasable area, according to the developer. It will be opened in two stages. The first, to include a Carrefour hypermarket, a commercial galleria, a Praktiker store and a Media Galaxy store, will become functional in the middle of this year. The final stage, to bring Era Shopping Mall, on some 35,000 sqm, a Mobexpert store and other three average-sized stores, will be opened mid-2009.
Omilos Group is planning EUR 300 million real estate investments in Romanian cities with over 150,000 inhabitants in the following two years.
