Enterprise Investors’ Macon buys Simcor for EUR 53 million

Simcor and Simbeton, two of the companies bought by Macon Deva, are listed on the Rasdaq market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Macon Deva was to pay Stache EUR 4.82 per share for his 53.34 percent participation in Simcor, according to information on Rasdaq. The buyer is also expected to pay EUR 720,000 for Stache's 32.5 percent participation in Simbeton, which translates into a EUR 0.46 price per share. AIG Capital Partners and German construction materials producer Xella were also interested in taking over Simcor group.
