Developer Anchor Group enters property management

Real estate developer Anchor Group has started offering property management services after having set up a new division withing the group. The company says it will offer personalized property management services, among which cost management, reporting and financial administration services.

Anchor Group owns Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania shopping center in Bucharest, Anchor Plaza Metropol office building, Shopping Malldova in Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova, as well as residential project InCity Residences in Bucharest.
