Real estate consultancy company DTZ Echinox has been named exclusive broker for rental transactions. “Swan Office Park is our first important investment in Bucharest and an important part of our Central-Eastern European portfolio,” said Neil Crowder, managing partner at Chayton Capital LLP. The companies are being assisted by the law firm Wolf Theiss.
The project management is conducted by Brussler Projektmanagement while HPP International Gmbh and Studio 10 are heading up the design and master planning.
Duna Fund, with a capitalization of EUR 115 million, was launched by Chaytop Capital and runs investments in Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Romania.
Currently, Chayton Capital, which sports offices in Bucharest and Sofia and headquarters in London, plans to launch Sava Fund with the aim to target investments in Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.
