Square 7 Properties in partnership with the Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM inaugurate Giurgiu Shopping Park tomorrow, March 30th, starting at 9.00 am, on 10 Academician Miron Nicolescu Boulevard.

Giurgiu Shopping Park has a gross letable area (GLA) of 7,000 sqm and will offer a variety of shopping options, hosting stores with a wide range of products, including clothing and accessories, cosmetics, home-deco, a restaurant, products for children and others. Giurgiu Shopping Park is anchored by Lidl, and is fully leased to important and well-known brands such as: Tedi, CCC, Hervis, Dr. Max, Noriel, New Yorker, Takko, KFC, Kik, Sinsay, Xpress and Fressnapf.
The Giurgiu project was developed in partnership with the Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM, the general contractor being the Austrian company Strabag.
