Bellevue Residence completes first six blocks of flats in Brasov

The developer has covered 33 percent of the necessary investment so far, while the rest was financed through an Alpha Bank loan. The final project will include 148 apartments. At present, 80 percent of the properties in the first six blocks of flats has already been sold. The project will feature nine blocks on five floors each. Price for units in Bellevue Residence start from EUR 119,000 plus VAT for a two-room apartment and can reach EUR 750,000 for a penthouse. Three-room units cost EUR 180,000 plus VAT.
