BELLEMONDE prepares its launch with and investment of over EUR 40 million

Bellemonde, a new, exclusive residential complex, is being launched in the northern area of the Capital. The investment in the 164 units, which comprises of houses and apartments, amounts to more than 40 million euros.

Located in Pipera and developed on an area of land which spans over 41,000 square meters and owned by METAV S.A., BELLEMONDE will offer a complete living experience, thanks to the generous common spaces and the small number of homes within the development. 93 villas and 71 apartments, with heights which will not exceed 2 floors, will accommodate the residents of Bellemonde in a perfectly balanced ecosystem.

Construction of the project is estimated to begin in the first part of 2023, with completion occurring after 24 months. The concept uniquely combines housing units, such as individual houses, duplexes and terraced houses, villas with apartments and low-rise apartment buildings, maximum G+2.
