BCR launches real estate portal

Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) has launched a real estate portal, the first one of this type administered by a financial institution. With this move, the bank says it wants to offer its customers an integrated solution for both financing and property. Besides listings of available properties, www.bcrimobiliare.ro will feature information about how to get into the market and advice on the legal aspects of buying.

The bank says the portal will be helpful for developers as well as they will be able to use it to find information on planning a project development, setting a budget or accessing financing.

The bank has established partnerships with 150 agencies and 100 developers for the site. Over 250 partnerships with real estate agencies and 150 with developers are planned for the future.
