Austrian ECO Business-Immobilien ponders investments in region

“After starting our Eastern European expansion by opening an office in Kiev, we are focusing on implementing the investment strategy. The projects we are working on in Ukraine will bring a 12 percent yield. The future projects in Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria are under evaluation,” said Friedrich Scheck, general manager of the company. ECO Business-Immobilien is currently present in the Czech Republic and in Ukraine, besides its core markets, Austria and Germany. The company will allot EUR 300 million to its core countries. The company's portfolio is expected to exceed EUR 1 billion following investments in Eastern Europe.
