The first half of 2021 was very fruitful for IMMOFINANZ, as the company managed to secure up to 30,000 square meters of offices, which is also a positive signal for the entire market, not only for the company, said Andreea Cotiga, Senior Leasing Manager at IMMOFINANZ, during Business Review’s Realty Forum 2021 edition.

“myhive is based on several pillars – starting with creating a community. We have a community manager and we focus on offering a good experience to our tenants. Another element is the design, inspired from lobbies of 5-star hotels,” says Andreea Cotiga on myhive, Immofinanz’s international office brand, which currently has 3 locations in Bucharest: Iride | twenty, in Northern Bucharest, S-Park, near the Herastrau Lake, and Metroffice, near the Aurel Vlaicu subway station.

Andreea Cotiga was also part of IMMOFINANZ’s signing of a 25-year lease for 6,500 square meters in myhive Victoria Park to Leventer Medical Group, one of the most important deals on the Romanian market in 2022.

This was the second major project to adapt an office building to accommodate a hospital to international standards, after IMMOFINANZ also signed a 25-year lease last year with Provita Group, which is developing a multidisciplinary hospital in the IRIDE | eighteen building.
