Anchor Grup, the developer of the InCity Residences compound, has sold 60 percent of homes in the project and started a promotional campaign aimed at increasing sales for the remainder of the flats.

The 502-apartment compound, which was finished at the beginning of this year, now includes an allowance for furniture in the sales price of apartments.

The developer is partnering Mobexpert, BoConcept and Komandor for this offer.

It is also offering VIP discount cards to Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania and preferential prices for membership of World Class and Gett’s Hair Studio.

“Like all the real estate market, we didn’t have a very strong sales performance this year, but buyers have remained interested in the facilities that InCity offers,” said Ibrahim Paksoy, CEO of Anchor Grup. He added that the company had not changed the prices of its apartment this year.

“We have focused more on offering accessible financing ourselves and additionally we offer banking services from Credit Europe Bank,” he said.

The most sought after homes in the project have been two- and three-room apartments. “Our average price is EUR 1.650 per sqm, but it also depends on the type of apartment,” said Paksoy.

InCity Residences includes four buildings with 502 apartments, a gym and covered pool area, run by World Class, and a beauty salon by Gett’s Hair Studio.
