Anchor Group has brought other Romanian companies as tenants in the mall, although the brands of which they own the franchise are international. RTC Group is present both through a Romanian brand, Diverta, and through international fashion brands, whose franchise is owned by Rafar, part of RTC. Rafar has expanded with Debenhams, Olsen and Sacoor Brothers, and will also open J.Press, Forever 18 and Bijoux Terner within Shopping MallDova. RTC will also open a Cup&Cino coffee shop within the mall in 2009. Anchor has invested over EUR 50 million in the newly opened shopping mall, which has 25,000 sqm of leasable area.
In Romania, the group owns two shopping malls, Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania, the latter currently being expanded with a new wing, after the first underwent a similar expansion. The developer also owns Anchor Plaza office building, and is currently underway with building a new office building and a residential project, InCity Residences.
