Alesonor announces the start of the development of Agora, the area within the Amber Forest project that includes commercial and leisure, medical, educational and sports facilities, by starting discussions with potential merchants and partners for renting commercial spaces.
In addition to concluding the partnership with Pescariu Sports for the development of the sports area within the Agora at the end of 2022, Alesonor signed the first lease contracts in the commercial area at the beginning of this year.
AGORA Amber Forest will be built on an area of 42,000 sqm and will include: a wide range of sports and leisure facilities developed on an area of 12,000 sqm (tennis, padel, basketball courts, leisure pool, semi-Olympic pool, a spa center and a fitness room), school, kindergarten and afterschool on a 15,000 sqm plot, outdoor cinema, commercial area with 7,000 sqm for cafes, restaurants, market, supermarket, bakery and shops, office hub, medical services as well as over 500 parking spaces.
All commercial facilities, as well as social, sporting and recreational, educational and medical experiences within the green suburb will be available to members of the Amber Forest community, and accessible for those who do not live in the community but wish to enjoy high quality facilities and services designed for a modern lifestyle. The commercial area will have a surface of 7,000 usable square meters, will be built on an area of 15,000 square meters and will include a market, supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Discussions with the first commercial space partners have begun, with facilities being sought to meet the needs of a complete community, developed following the 15-minute city concept.

The green suburb Amber Forest is being developed in phases until 2026, and the first villas will be delivered in 2023. In 2024, the commercial area, the sports and leisure facilities, the park, and the access road connecting the complex with the belt will be delivered.
