European Property Investors LP, a fund managed by AEW Europe, has sold two retail warehouses in Amersfoort to a private investor. The property covers 6,200 sqm and 55 parking places and is let to Monkey Town, Golftime, Kwantum Nederland, and Roobol Woontextiel. The second asset at Amsterdamseweg 49 comprises about 2,300 sqm and 57 parking places and is fully rented to BCC Elektro. EPI was closed to investors in 2004 after raising EUR 769 million.
