In November 2018, 46,513 properties were sold across the country, 6,325 less than in October, according to the National Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising Agency (ANCPI).
This is the fourth consecutive month when a decrease was recorded in the number of transactions.
The number of homes, land plots and apartments that were the subject of sale-purchase contracts nationwide in November this year is 12,380 units below the same period last year.
Most real estate sales were recorded in Bucharest – 8,038, Ilfov – 3,631, Timis – 3,267. The counties with the fewest real estate sold in the same period are Gorj – 265, SAlaj – 264, Olt – 214.
”The number of mortgages at the national level in November 2018 was 23,182, 1.522 lower than in November 2017. Most of these operations were recorded last month in Bucharest – 3,589, in Ilfov – 2,042 and Timiş – 1.532,” said ANCPI.
On the opposite end of the spectrum were counties Bistrita Nasaud – 68, Salaj – 65, Covasna – 50.
The counties where the most agricultural land was sold in the eleventh month of 2018 were Timis – 750, Dolj – 657, Constanta – 431.
