Wave Division has a new MD

Sorin Ioan Blaga is the new managing director of local consumer engagement agency Wave Division. He has a background in marketing and sales strategy and has amassed over 20 years of marketing and communication experience.

For 13 years he worked at Philip Morris Romania where his last position was marketing director for Romania and Bulgaria. He also worked for four years for Rompetrol Group as marketing and communication VP.

For one year, Blaga was the marketing director of Adevarul Holding. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, the SNSPA, and also teaches courses as part of the master’s in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations organized by the SNSPA in partnership with the University of Sheffield.
