Two deputy general managers of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, with responsibilities in the business area, received NBR’ approval

Bogdan Patrănoiu and Dan Grigoriu received NBR approval to exercise new attributions within Intesa Sanpaolo Bank and the necessary formalities have been fulfilled.

With almost 25 years’ experience in equity investment, underwriting and risk management, as well as in international transactions and business development, previously holding management positions in several international financial institutions and groups, Bogdan Pătrănoiu joined Intesa Sanpaolo Bank team in 2018 as head of the National Corporations and Institutional Clients department. Within it, he built a strong team, able to position the bank as an important participant in reference transactions as well as in partnerships with various public and private companies. From the new position of Deputy General Manager and Head of the Corporate and SME Division, he coordinates and supervises the activity of the structures: National Corporations and Institutional Clients, Multinational Clients, SMEs and Structured Products and Financing.

The second Deputy General Manager approved by the NBR is Dan Grigoriu, recently co-opted into the top management team of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank as Head of Retail Division, responsible for the business segment that includes Small Business and Individuals, but also for coordinating the activities covered by the Multichannel & CRM, Network Management and Customer Satisfaction structures. Dan Grigoriu is an experienced banker, having in the almost 30 years of activity different executive positions within other banks, members of international groups, where he worked mainly in the Retail area, coordinating both product development and sales activities, as well as and lending activities.
